Referral of a court case to the Complaint Board

 

Pursuant to Retsplejeloven's sec. 361 (Procedural law) cases that are pending in the courts may be referred to the Complaint Board of Banking Services. 

The Statutes of the Complaint Board indicate which cases fall within the scope of the Complaint Board. If you have any questions, please call the secretariat, telephone number +45 3543 6333.

 A court case, which is referred to the Complaint Board, will be ultimately finalized by the court.

The court will subsequently forward a transcript of the court book and case documents to the Secretariat. 

The complainant may file the complaint with the Complaint Board by filling in a form and paying a fee of DKK 200 via this webpage.
