The Complaint Boards’ cross-border cooperation
The Danish Financial Complaint Board and the Complaint Board of Danish Securities and Brokering Companies are registered as privately approved complaint boards with the EU Commission and are furthermore listed as approved alternative dispute resolution bodies (ATB instances).
The Complaint Boards are members of the financial dispute resolution network of national out-of-court complaint schemes in the European Economic Area countries (FIN-NET), as well as members of a global Ombudsman-network (INFO).
